All orders will incur Australian GST. For international orders, GST/VAT will be refunded within 5 business days of placing your order. Please contact customer support for all GST/VAT queries.

Delivery within Australia is a flat rate of $11.00. International deliveries will incur a flat rate of $38.00. 

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours and Australian and New Zealand customers will typically receive delivery of their orders within 5 business days. For international deliveries please allow 5 – 14 business days to receive your order.

We are able to deliver to an alternative address as long as both are in the same country. You will be able to specify the preferred delivery address during checkout.

As we dispatch and deliver so quickly, it is quicker and easier to place a second order for the right style, colour or size and then, just treat your original order as a standard return and you will be refunded as normal. Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Not all our intimate apparel are machine washable due to delicate fabric, laces and embellishments. GINIA uses the finest silk fabrics and finishes in the making of its garments. Always read the care instructions on the tag inside your garment carefully.

To maintain the condition of your purchase and keep it looking its best, we recommend the following care instructions;

Hand washing – We recommend washing by hand using cold water for all silk garments, unless stated in the care instructions otherwise.

Drying your garment – We recommend drying your garment in the shade, either hang drying or lay flat on a towel.

Don’t place any GINIA silk garments in dryers as exposure to heat may damage them
