RETURN POLICY

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 30 days of receiving it. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge. All products are subject to the below. 

 

FULL PRICE ITEMS

Items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund.

 

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only unless deemed faulty. 

 

ITEMS BOUGHT DURING A PROMOTION

Full price items bought during a promotional sale are eligible for a full refund. For more information about a promotional sale, please visit terms and conditions.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, please return the original item using the return instructions provided in your shipment, and place a new order.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

We don't refund international taxes paid at customs, if you had to pay duties and taxes before receiving your order, please contact your local customs office to enquire about obtaining a tax refund after returning your order. 

 

RETURN AN ITEM

1. Ensure your return meets the return policy.

2. Login to the returns portal and follow the steps to completion.

3. An email will be sent to you with returns address. 

All return postage costs are at your own expense, unless the item arrives not as ordered, damaged or is deemed faulty. Any returned items are the buyers responsibility until we receive them. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit. We recommend that you secure tracking and/or insurance for the items you are returning and keep proof of postage.
