** NOTICE FOR QLD & NSW CUSTOMERS **

28/02/21: Due to extreme weather events currently occurring along the east coast of Australia, deliveries are likely encounter delays, particularly in South-East Queensland and North-East New South Wales, due to road closures and other impacts of storms and flooding. Please click here for more information from Australia Post about these delays as well as a list of postcodes most affected. 

If you require your order by a certain date, e.g as a gift or for an event, please select the Express Shipping option at checkout to minimise the potential for delivery delays. Please contact us if you encounter any issues with shipping options.

Australia & New Zealand

 We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $11 will apply.

For express shipping within Australia, we offer a flat rate of $15 on all orders. We recommend selecting express shipping if ordering items for an event, as a gift, or for any other urgent occasion.

- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days / Rural 5 - 10 business days (from date of dispatch)

- Express shipping: 1-3 business days / Rural 3-5 business days (from date of dispatch)

Australia and New Zealand orders are generally shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed (orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday beginning at 9am).

While we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

 

International

** Please be aware that outbreaks of COVID-19 in Australia, in combination with reduced global freight capacity and carrier volume, are causing shipping delays both within Australia and internationally. At this stage, international orders sent via standard shipping may take up to 15-20 business days or more to arrive from date of dispatch depending on shipping location.

Please see below for options regarding express international shipping to alleviate delays for any urgent orders. We recommend selecting an express shipping option if you have concerns about receiving your order in time for an occasion or to be given as a gift. **

We offer complimentary standard shipping for orders over $300 for the rest of the world. Orders under $300 will be charged a flat rate of $25.

For express shipping for orders over $300, please select the 'International Shipping' option at checkout for which we charge a flat rate of $25 to most countries.

For expedited deliveries, we recommend select the 'International Premium Express' option at checkout for shipping via an express courier service at a rate of $35. We recommend this option if purchasing for an event, as a gift, or for any other urgent occasion.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers and that turnaround times on cases lodged with most carriers regarding delayed delivery can take several days.

 

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation emails. This can also be accessed by logging into your account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly on info@ginia.com.au 

 

Fraudulent Orders

We reserve the right to temporarily hold or cancel your order if we have grounds to believe it fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you and request you to provide further proof of identity. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order.

  

Changing or cancelling an order

Please take your time whilst placing your order as we can’t make any changes or cancel your order after it has been processed for shipping. 

 

DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.
