** COVID-19 NOTICE: Please be aware that the current outbreaks of COVID-19 in Australia are causing shipping delays, particularly in New South Wales. If you require your order by a certain date, please select the Express Shipping option at checkout and contact us with your order number and we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. For urgent enquiries regarding shipping delays it is usually best to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number as reference. **

 We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $11 will apply. For express shipping, we offer a flat rate of $15. 

- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days / Rural 5 - 10 business days (from date of dispatch)

- Express shipping: 1-3 business days / Rural 3-5 business days (from date of dispatch)

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. 

While we do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

 

International

** COVID-19 NOTICE: Please be aware that the current outbreaks of COVID-19 in Australia are causing shipping delays both within Australia and internationally. At this stage, international orders may take up 20 days or more to arrive from date of dispatch depending on location. Please contact us if you require express or priority international shipping and we will be able to discuss options and rates with you. **

We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $300 for the rest of the world. Orders under $300 will be charged a flat rate of $25.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly on info@fashionata.com.au 

  

Fraudulent Orders

We reserve the right to temporarily hold or cancel your order if we have grounds to believe it fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you and request you to provide further proof of identity. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order.

  

Changing or cancelling an order

Please take your time whilst placing your order as we can’t make any changes or cancel your order after it has been processed for shipping. 

 

DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.
